The Delta brushless DC motor (BLDCM) is a synchronous electric motor
with permanent magnets. It is powered by DC and incorporates an
electronically controlled commutation system, instead of a mechanical
commutation system based on brushes. Using an electronically controlled
commutation system offers several advantages compared to other motor
structures. There is less mechanical/electrical noise, lower
temperature, no brush dust, and lower rotor losses. All this adds up to
higher efficiency, performance, and energy savings compared to a
traditional motor.

BLDCM
Delta’s brushless DC motor is offered from 200w to 750W with a speed
range of 600 rpm. The unique compact size allows for space savings and
easy installation, while the constant torque output offers smooth
control. An external brushless DC amplifier is offered to drive this
motor using a square-wave PWM control mode and integrated
electronically controlled commutation. For more details, contact your

IBLM
The
Delta Integrated Brushless Motor (IBLM) combines our BLDCM and a
Brushless Amplifier. This motor/drive combination is offered from 250W
thru 750W, with a speed range of 150 rpm to 1750 rpm. This cost
effective system is an attractive choice over the conventional
induction motor by offering approximately 20% more efficiency in a
smaller package. The IBLM series are used in many applications
