Screw Fastening Robots

Janome provides turnkey systems for screw fastening with either a Hios D/C electric clutch type driver or the K/X Series Current Controlled Screwdriver with 16 programmable channels.

Mount the screwdriver unit on the JR2000N and connect the control device to the robot to configure it as a screw tightening robot.
You can select from two types of screwdrivers for the JR2000N. High precision screw tightening is achieved using a servo screwdriver, that gives you precise control of tightening torque, rotation speed, and rotation angle. Using the clutch type screwdriver you can monitor screw damage, screw float, or stop errors.

Dispensing Robots

Simply install a dispenser on the JR2000N and connect it to the control device to configure the JR2000N as a dispensing robot.
Use instant adhesives, silicon, epoxy resin, or solder paste for a wide variety of dispensing operations, such as bonding, potting, and sealing.

Soldering Robots

Install the soldering unit on the JR2000N to configure it as a soldering robot.
Use the Point, Line, and Arc soldering functions for a wide variety of soldering operations, such as in printed circuit board, lead wire, QFP, and piezoelectric part manufacturing.
3-Axis (X-, Y-, and Z-) synchronous control type models and 4-Axis (X-, Y-, Z-, and R-) synchronous control type models are available.

CCD Camera and Height Sensor

Mount the CCD camera and height sensor onto the JR2000N to achieve high precision work piece position error detection. You no longer need to repeat point teaching.
Ideal for automatic position correction for pick-and-place, dispensing, and soldering, and other operations

Board Cutting Robots
