Bi-Stable
Rotary Solenoids
TAKANO Bi-stable Rotary
solenoids apply cylindrical permanent magnet for rotor. Rotary
motion is performed by attraction and dis-attraction of magnetic
pole generated by rotor and yoke.
TAKANO Solenoid makes direct rotary motion without any axial
movement, which contributes to the durability of this product. It
differs from the conventional rotary solenoid which generate
mechanical axial motion and change the axial motion to rotary
motion. |

| 1.Bi-stable |
Rotate to either side, left /
right by changing the polarity.
When not energized, the holding power of the permanent magnet
holds the position. |

response speed |
| Reciprocation is done by
changing the polarity without using spring, which enable the
products perform with high output and high response speed.

Step Rotary
Solenoids
TAKANO Step rotary solenoid
applies the fundamental structure of bi-stable rotary solenoid
with additional magnetic poles to have multiple position control.
As same as Bi-stable rotary solenoid, it makes rotary motion by
attraction and dis-attraction of magnetic pole generated by rotor
and yoke, which enables high speed multiple position change. |

| Using electrification system, it
is possible to control 2positions, 3positions or more by 30° (60°
) step. |

necessary |
| At each position, the permanent
magnet holds the position even at the time of non electrification,

| High torque enables to do direct

| Outer stopper is not necessary.
Therefore, there is no percussive noise. |

Latching
Solenoids
|
Latching solenoid is a
solenoid using permanent magnet for magnet circuit. It uses
holding power of permanent magnet attraction to hold position,
which results in energy saving.
There are "bi-stability solenoid" and "mono-stable solenoid"
according to circuit differences. |

| 1.Suction with direct
current power. |
| Suction by turning on
electricity to the coil for suction, electrification finishes
and continues retention by holding power of the permanent
magnet after electrification is cut. Holding power of the
permanent magnet is demagnetized by turning on electricity to
the coil for demagnetization. |

| 2.It continues retention
by holding power of the permanent magnet. |
| Even at a power failure, the
present position is hold and lock mechanism is unnecessary
Because current to hold the position is not needed, there is
no worry such as coil temperature rise and heat generation and
power saving. |
