This machine is equipped with specific
functions. One is to automatically transfer the yarn to a new
bobbin, after the package being wound becomes full
size.
The other is to hold full packages for doffing.
That is, the bigger size of package is divided into the
pre-set number of small size packages, which are wound at
constant speed with yarn length control.
This machine
also offers wide range application for winding high performance fibers, such as
carbon fibers, ceramic fibers, aramid fibers etc., and industrial materials like
tire-cord etc..
This machine is ideal for re-winding warp yarn packages to necessary lengths,
to be creeled in the weaving process.
A maximum of 6 packages can be wound
continuously, and stops automatically.
This machine can be used for
re-winding, with precise pre-set tension control, at constant speed and also
with pre-set yarn length control.
