The model EKTW-CX was

The
central control system consists of

EKTW-C, EKTW-CL
Take Up
Winder for carbon and other high performance fibers
This machine offers
a wide range of applications. This is accomplished by a
control system of a dancer arm and variable speed type motors.
The EKTW-C machine is used for in-line take up winding of
carbon fiber and delicate yarns.
It is the most common winder for carbon
fiber production.
The "CL" version is for large packages, max
350mm diameter.

EKTW-CA
Take Up

This machine offers
a double spindle automatic bobbin change
feature. This feature contributes to labor saving and space saving, for
take up of continuous fiber production. The auto bobbin change feature
activates once the package has reached a pre-set yardage. The unit is
ideal for carbon fiber, as well as higher speed aramid fibers.

precursor
The EKTL-20D is a take up winder suitable
for precursor of pan carbon fiber and also heavy industrial yarns like
tire cord, to take up onto large package.
This machine is also
available in product numbers EKTL-26D and EKTL-29D. These differ in
traverse length and package diameter, which also results in a change in
package weight.

Take

The model ET-E take up winder is a
spindle drive type take up winder to take up yarn and coincide
with the delivered speed from spinning, stretching or other
particular manufacturing process.
Based on techniques
and features of ET take up winders already running at home and
abroad, ET-E type is re-modeled by introducing a cartridge
type electrical device, spring type tension device with the
aid of potentiometer etc., in order to meet with requirements
from customers.

SSP-MA-CFR
Automatic
Rewinder
This machine is equipped with specific
functions. One is to automatically transfer the yarn to a new
bobbin, after the package being wound becomes full
size.
The other is to hold full packages for doffing.
That is, the bigger size of package is divided into the
pre-set number of small size packages, which are wound at
constant speed with yarn length control.
Extremely
convenient for creeling applications, where only small package is required
(weaving, pre-preg, pultrusion, multi-axial, etc.)

Multi Purpose Flexwinder
Programmable Winder
