Take up machine for winding Pan or Pitch carbon fibers, aramid fibers and other high performance fibers. This winder is a computerized version of our mainstream production winder EKTW-C. It offers electronic setting changes via the main HMI, including the following features:

  • Centralized settings(winding tension, winding pressure, winding speed, wind ratio and length settings)
  • Monitoring function(Length, operation time, number of packages produced, yarn breakage, down time, etc)
  • Can communicate with customer main control systems through various methods

This winder is especially suited for pilot lines and lab scale lines where frequent parameter changes are required.
