SIZING ROLLERS
- Material – Stainless Steel
- Diameter – Over 76mm
- Length – Depends on number of tows
- Adjustability – Height and distance between rollers are adjustable to change the sizing pick up ratio
SIZING BATH
- Recirculating, non-recirculating, non recirculating with mixer are available
- Removable without tools for easy change of sizing material
SIZING TEMPERATURE CONTROL
- Heater system is available for PID control
- Max set temperature is 85 degC
TENSION CONTROL
- Tension control through bath is optional
FIBER DRIVING SYSTEM
- AC motor or servo motor depending on required speed accuracy
NIP ROLLER
- Nip roller system available for squeezing out excess sizing
FIBER DRYING SYSTEM
- IR heaters and forced hot air circulation systems are available Max 200 degC drying temperature
